DTLA Halloween Festival for Kids

Located at Grand Hope Park, this annual festival is designed for children ages 2 to 8 and their families. Each ticket includes access to safe trick-or-treating stations, character meet-and-greets, and live puppet performances. The 2026 event also features hands-on arts and crafts, a bounce house, and a 'monster mash' dance party. It provides a contained, secure environment for urban families to celebrate Halloween together before the sun goes down.
