The 7th Annual Upside Down Halloween Parade serves as the grand finale of Chicago Halloweek, held in beautiful Washington Park. In this immersive experience, the children and families become the parade as they process down Russell Drive to be entertained by dance teams, musicians, and sports mascots. Thousands of costumes and candy bags are given away at the gate to ensure every child can join the festivities.
