Hairy Man Festival

Now in its 32nd year, this outdoor festival at Cat Hollow Park includes a wide range of activities such as a petting zoo, face painting, and inflatables. Local non-profits host various food and game booths to raise money for community services, while live music plays throughout the afternoon. The highlight of the day is the famous Hairiest Man Contest, where contestants compete for the title based on the local folklore. Admission is free, though attendees are encouraged to bring canned food donations for the local food pantry.
