This family-oriented athletic event features 5K, 10K, and 1-mile distances, as well as a dedicated 'Little Monster Dash' for the youngest runners. The course is flat and scenic, winding through the former naval base grounds with views of Lake Washington. Finishers are rewarded with custom medals and candy, and the post-race party features a costume contest and photo opportunities with Halloween decor.
