City of El Paso Halloween Carnivals

The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department hosts multiple simultaneous Halloween Carnivals to provide safe local celebrations for every neighborhood. Each center, such as the Galatzan Recreation Center, offers a festive environment filled with jumping balloons, carnival-style games, and costume contests for various age groups. These events are entirely free to the public and serve as a popular alternative to traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating.
