This free community event draws thousands to Kellogg Park for a Sunday afternoon of high-energy Halloween fun. Local businesses host 'pop-up' treat spaces along the streets, and live entertainment performs on the central stage throughout the afternoon. Children can participate in various games and activities to win prizes while showing off their most creative costumes. It is one of the largest and most popular family-friendly trick-or-treating events in the metro area.
