Located just across the river at the foot of the Big Four Bridge, this event brings together families from both sides of the Ohio River. The park is filled with trick-or-treat stations, food trucks, and a 'Kids Zone' featuring crafts and face painting. A unique highlight is the Dog Parade, where local pet owners compete for 'best costume' prizes. The Jeffersonville Animal Shelter is typically on-site with 'Adopt-a-Boo' dogs ready for their forever homes.
