The Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival

This beloved Baltimore tradition, produced by Creative Alliance, brings together neighbors, artists, and families for a day of lantern making and a spectacular night parade. The event kicks off with an afternoon festival including a kids' costume contest, an arts and crafts market, and local food trucks. As dusk falls, the park transforms into a luminous wonderland with illuminated floats and giant puppets. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lanterns and join the march under the stars.
