Tails on the Rails: Halloween Edition

This is the only time of year when dogs are allowed to board the historic Mile One Express train at the B&O Railroad Museum. Pet owners are invited to bring their furry friends dressed in their best costumes for an afternoon of activities under the museum's pavilion. The event features a costume contest with categories like 'Most Unique Pet & Pal Combo' and a 'Yappy Hour' for adults. It is a festive, social event for Baltimore's dog-loving community and their four-legged companions.
