Ghouls on Parade is a free community event that begins with a lively festival at Morningside Park featuring food trucks, carnival games, and local performers. The highlight of the evening is the costume parade where participants of all ages march down Silver Avenue showing off their elaborate outfits. Local businesses along the route participate by handing out treats and decorating their storefronts. It is a high-energy celebration of local art, performance, and neighborhood spirit.
