This annual neighborhood event spans College Avenue from Broadway to Alcatraz, with over 40 businesses handing out candy to costumed participants. Two central 'Fun Hubs' at the library and Presbyterian Church offer puppet shows, spooky storytimes, and pumpkin decorating. A popular costume contest for both kids and dogs takes place at the library parking lot with prizes for the most creative entries.
