Windom Northeast Recreation Center transforms its grounds into a Halloween hub for neighborhood trick-or-treaters. Families can warm up by the large community bonfire, grab free candy, and take photos at various festive backdrops. It is designed to be a safe 'home base' for families wandering the residential streets of Northeast Minneapolis on Halloween night.
