Bixby’s annual Hallow(themed) Party is a large-scale community block party held under the iconic Downtown River District arches. The event includes free carnival games, pony rides, hayrides, and a high-energy live stage production featuring popular characters. Local businesses open their doors for trick-or-treating, and the night features a massive costume contest with prizes from local sponsors.
