The Kern County Library hosts its annual 'Trick or Tweet' event at the Beale Memorial branch, transforming the library into a festive multi-floor celebration. Families can visit more than 30 organization booths for candy and stickers, participate in a resource fair for adults, and enjoy a spooky storytime session. The event often includes a special 'dinner and a movie' in the auditorium and various craft stations where children can create pipe-cleaner spiders and paper witches. Costumes are highly encouraged for this free community gathering.
