Tiny Tot Halloween Party at Dottie Lynn

Dottie Lynn Recreation Center provides a safe space for younger children to celebrate Halloween away from older, scarier crowds. The party includes age-appropriate games, treat decorating, and a short costume parade around the facility. It is designed to be a gentle introduction to Halloween traditions for children under the age of six. Registration is typically required to ensure a manageable number of participants.
