The Village of Rochester Hills hosts its annual Halloween celebration, where over 50 local retailers pass out candy to costumed children. This outdoor lifestyle center provides a charming backdrop for family photos and features strolling entertainment throughout the afternoon. In addition to trick-or-treating, the event often includes kids' crafts and musical performances in the central Festival Park area. It is widely considered one of the most popular family-friendly Halloween events in Oakland County, offering a controlled and walkable environment for young participants.
