The Village of Rochester Hills transforms its Festival Park and storefronts into a Halloween wonderland for an afternoon of community fun. Children can visit retailers for candy while parents enjoy live music, seasonal decor, and the annual 'Village Pumpkin Patch' photo area. The event often includes face painting and visits from popular costumed characters throughout the shopping district.
