The Midland Mall provides a safe and dry environment for children to visit various retailers and collection stations for Halloween treats. This event is particularly popular for younger children and families seeking a festive atmosphere regardless of Michigan's unpredictable fall weather. Participating stores throughout the mall join in the fun with decorations and themed displays, offering a comfortable alternative to outdoor activities.
