The Fresno Turkey Trot is a quarter-century tradition that brings the community together in the spirit of gratitude and generosity. Participants can choose between a chip-timed 5K run or a leisurely 2-mile walk, both beginning at the Mountain View Shelter. All proceeds from the event benefit the Fresno Mission and the Coach Ray Knight Youth Scholarship Programs. Every registrant receives a long-sleeve Thanksgiving shirt and a finisher's medal to commemorate their accomplishment.
