Hosted annually at the Norway House, Gingerbread Wonderland showcases hundreds of edible structures created by professional bakers and community members alike. The exhibition is inspired by the world's largest gingerbread village in Bergen, Norway, and features whimsical designs ranging from cozy cabins to intricate skyscrapers. Families can participate in community build days or enjoy traditional Norwegian treats at the onsite Kaffebar. It is one of the most unique and artistic holiday traditions in the Minneapolis area.
