The Hamtramck Neighborhood Arts Festival (HNAF) is a unique grassroots event that transforms the city into an open-air gallery. Local artists, musicians, writers, and performers open their homes, porches, and studios to the public, creating a self-guided walking tour of the community's creative talent. This family-friendly festival encourages exploration of Hamtramck's diverse neighborhoods and features everything from fine art exhibits to impromptu porch concerts and craft workshops.
