42nd Annual Atlanta Elk Festival

As the official Elk Capital of Michigan, Atlanta hosts this massive four-day festival every September to celebrate the region's unique wildlife and culture. The festival features a highly competitive world-class chainsaw carving competition, a large craft and food vendor market, and a community-wide parade on Friday afternoon. Families can enjoy dedicated children's games on Saturday and Sunday, while adults can visit the entertainment tent for live music and auctions. Other highlights include the pet parade, bed races, and the famous 'Elkeoke' karaoke competition.
