The Festival of the Pines honors the region's rich timber history and its status as a major producer of Christmas trees. Highlights include the Prince and Princess of the Pines pageant, a lively downtown parade, and unique lumberjack skills demonstrations that draw crowds from across Missaukee County. Families can also enjoy a chili cook-off, local craft vendors, and live music against the beautiful backdrop of Michigan's autumn colors.
