The Addison Homecoming Parade is one of the village's most cherished annual traditions, drawing hundreds of spectators to the downtown corridor. The parade showcases student-built floats, the high school marching band, local emergency vehicles, and the homecoming court. After the procession through Main Street, the festivities continue at the athletic complex for a community pep rally and the varsity football game. It is a time for alumni and residents to unite and celebrate the heritage and spirit of the Addison community.
