Mitten Mutts Dog Rescue is partnering with PetSmart to bring foster dogs out to meet the community. Attendees can get one-on-one time with dogs of various ages, learn about individual personalities from foster parents, and submit pre-adoption forms on-site. It's a wonderful opportunity to find your new four-legged companion.
