Five major Maryland animal shelters, including BARCS and the Maryland SPCA, are teaming up for a series of weekend adoption events. Sponsored by Tito's Handmade Vodka, these events bring adoptable pets to a high-traffic shopping center to increase visibility and adoptions. Visitors can meet various animals and speak with shelter staff about the adoption process.
